بررسی نقش میانجیگری نوآوری سازمانی در تاثیر قابلیت های یادگیری سازمانی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت های دولتی

چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور بررسی نقش میانجیگری نوآوری سازمانی در تاثیر قابلیت های یادگیری سازمانی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت های دولتی انجام پذیرفته است. در این پژوهش قابلیت های یادگیری سازمانی شامل مولفه های تعهد مدیریتی، دیدگاه سیستمی، فضای باز و آزمایشگری و به اشتراک گذاری و یکپارچه‌سازی دانش می باشد. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جهت پاسخ به سوالات و بررسی فرضیات تحقیق با نرم افزار Smart-PLS از روش بررسی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان می دهد که قابلیت‌های یادگیری سازمانی و همه ابعاد آن بر نوآوری سازمانی و عملکرد مالی شرکت تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارند. نتایج همچنین تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار قابلیت‌های یادگیری سازمانی بر نوآوری سازمانی را نیز تایید می کند. نتایج همچنین نشان می دهد که نوآوری سازمانی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد.

چکیده [English]

This research was conducted to investigate the role of organizational innovation mediation on the impact of organizational learning capabilities on financial performance of the company. In this research, organizational learning capabilities include components of management commitment, system perspective, open space and experimentation, and sharing and integrating knowledge. A questionnaire was used to measure the variables of the research. The research method was descriptive correlational. In order to answer the questions and to investigate the research hypothesis with Smart-PLS software, structural equation analysis and path analysis using partial least squares (PLS) were used. The results show that organizational learning capabilities and all its dimensions have a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation and financial performance of the company. The results also confirm the positive and significant impact of organizational learning capabilities on organizational innovation. The results also show that organizational innovation has a positive and significant effect on financial performance of the company.
