چکیده
کارآفرینی سازمانی به عنوان نوعی از کارآفرینی، اقدامی ضروری است که سازمان بخواهد به رشد خود ادامه دهد. باعنایت به ضرورت کارآفرینی، خط-مشی کارآفرینی به عنوان بخشی از سیاستهای کلان کشورها در چند دهه‌ی گذشته، به سرعت در کشورهای مختلف پیشرفت نموده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر بدنبال بررسی نقش خط‌مشی‌های تعاون موثر بر کارآفرینی سازمانی تعاونی‌های تولیدی استان کرمان و ارائه‌ی مدل مطلوب در راستای اجرای سیاستهای کلان نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش، ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) و از جهت گردآوری داده‌ها در گروه تحقیقات توصیفی- پیمایشی قرار می‌گیرد. جامعه‌ی آماری مدیران ارشد تعاونی‌های تولیدی استان کرمان انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنلمه‌های محقق ساخته داده‌های مورد نیاز استخراج گردید. برای بررسی روایی و پایایی ابزار تحقیق از ضریب نسبی و شاخص روایی محتوا و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهره‌گیری شد که به ترتیب مقادیر 73/0، 93/0 و 846/0 حاصل و تأیید گردیدند. پس از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدیِ داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌ها، مدل نهایی تهیه و مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش روابط بین متغیرها و ابعاد الگو را تأیید نموده و بیانگر آن است که دولت نتوانسته در ایفای نقش خط‌مشی‌های کارآفرینی تعاونی‌ها (نقش تنظیمی، هنجاری و شناختی) موفق عمل کند. در نهایت توصیه‌های کاربردی جهت بهبود ایفای نقش دولت ارائه گردید.

چکیده [English]
Organizational entrepreneurship as a type of entrepreneurship is a necessary action if the organization wants to continue its growth. Due to the importance of entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurship policy as a part of the country's macro policies has progressed rapidly in different countries in the past few decades. Therefore, the current research sought to investigate the role of cooperative policies on the organizational entrepreneurship of production cooperatives in Kerman province and to provide an optimal model.
This research is applied in terms of purpose, In terms of method, mixed research method, and in terms of data collection, it is placed in the descriptive-survey research group. Using the researcher-made questionnaires the required data were extracted. To check the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, CVR ,CVI and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used, and the values of 0.73, 0.93 and 0.846 were obtained. After the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaires, the final model was prepared.
The results of this research confirm the relationships between the variables and dimensions of the model and also indicate that the government has not succeeded in fulfilling the role of entrepreneurial policies of cooperatives
