تحلیل ظرفیت بخش های عمده اقتصادی استانهای مختلف ایران از نظر ایجاد ارزش افزوده و چشم انداز آن در افق 1406

چکیده

رشد و توسعه مناطق مختلف از مباحث اساسی نظریه‌‌های اقتصاد منطقه‌ای محسوب می‌شود. تجزیه و تحلیل روند تولید و ساختار آن در سطوح مختلف کشور، مستلزم شناخت دقیق استعدادها و توازن بالقوه بخش‌ها و ترکیب آن در مناطق است تا بتوان برنامه‌ریزی متعادلی را در هر بخش از مناطق کشور محقق ساخت. در همین راستا، در این مقاله با استفاده از روش انتقال- سهم به تشخیص بخشهای مزیت دار طی دوره زمانی (1392-1379) پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان‌دهنده آن است که بیشتر استان‌ها اثر سهم منطقه‌ای مثبت و ساختاری در بخش های کشاورزی ،ماهیگیری ،صنعت، ساختمان ،هتل و رستوران، تامین اب ، برق و گاز طبیعی ، عمده فروشی، خرده فروشی، تعمیر وسایل نقلیه و کالاها، حمل و نقل، انبارداری و ارتباطات ، بهداشت و درمان و مستغلات، کرایه و خدمات کسب و کار دارند و این امر بیان‌کننده مزیت نسبی مناطق در این بخش است..دربخش صنعت اثر مثبت ترکیب صنعتی( ساختاری) و رقابتی استان‌ها ی اصفهان ،ایلام ،بوشهر،چهارمحال و بختیاری ،خوزستان،سمنان ، سیستان و بلوچستان ، فارس ، قم ،کرمانشاه ، گلستان ،مازندران ،هرمزگان و یزد مثبت است که نشاندهنده مزیت نسبی بخش صنعت در این استانها است. بخش اموزش استانهای اذربایجان شرقی، اصفهان، ایلام، تهران، چهار محال بختیاری، سمنان،گلستان،کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، گیلان، مرکزی و بخش اداره عمومی و خدمات شهری استانهای اذربایجان غربی ، ایلام ، تهران، سمنان مزیت نسبی انها ازدست رفته است اما با توجه به این که سهم آنها در اقتصاد هر استان قابل توجه است ریشه‌یابی دلایل عملکرد نامناسب آنها ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر دارد.

The development of different areas of regional economic theory is a fundamental issue. Education sector, East Azarbaijan, Isfahan, Ilam, Tehran, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Semnan, Iran, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Gilan, central, public office and service in the city of West Azarbaijan, Ilam, Tehran, Semnan, such characteristics are but due to the fact that their contribution to the economy of each province is notable identify the reasons for their poor performance is inevitable
