چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارائه ساز و کارهایی برای استقرار مدرسه صالح در نظام آموزش و پرورش مبتنی بر سیاست‏های کلی نظام و سند تحول بنیادین انجام شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی و از جهت شیوۀ اجرا، کیفی است. در این روش، با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های استقرار مدرسه صالح توسط 17 نفر از استادان و متخصصان مدیریت آموزشی به‌شکل هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری شناسایی و انتخاب شد و پژوهشگر با استفاده از روش کیفی به ارائه ساز و کارهایی جهت استقرار مدرسه صالح مبتنی بر سیاست‏های کلی نظام و سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش پرداخت. ابزار اندازه‌گیری در‌ بخش کیفی، مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته و نیز سیاهۀ تحلیل محتوای محقق‌ساخته بود. داده‌های اسنادی به‌شیوۀ کیفی با استفاده از شاخص‏های توصیفی در فرایند تحلیل مضمون و به روش کدگذاری با رویکرد تفسیری تحلیل شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش نیز نرم‌افزارهای Smart PlS3 و SPSS22 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر این است که چارچوب‏ها و سیاست‏های مفهوم‌سازی و کاربست استقرار مدرسه صالح، در راستای سیاست‌های کلی نظام آموزش و پرورش را می‏توان براساس مدارک و مستندات مرتبط در 13 چارچوب و سیاست کلان و 167 خرده‌چارچوب، سیاست و زیرمؤلفه‏‌های آن تدوین کرد.همچنین نتایج حاصل نشان داد که مدل به دست آمده، از اعتبار کافی و مناسب برخوردار است.

چکیده [English]

The present research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the model of establishing a competent school based on the general policies of the system and the document of the fundamental transformation of education. This research is descriptive in terms of data collection method and qualitative in terms of execution method. In this method, by using the theme analysis approach, the dimensions and components of the establishment of the Saleh school were identified and selected by 17 professors and educational management specialists in a targeted way until reaching theoretical saturation, and the researcher used a qualitative method to design a model for the establishment model. Saleh School is based on the general policies of the system and the document on the fundamental transformation of education. The measurement tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made content analysis list. Documentary data were analyzed qualitatively using descriptive indicators in the process of thematic analysis and coding method with an interpretive approach. Smart PLS3 and SPSS22 software were used to analyze the research findings. The findings of the research show that the frameworks and policies of the conceptualization and implementation of the Saleh school, in line with the general policies of the education system, can be based on related documents and documents in 13 macro-frameworks and policies and 167 sub-frameworks, policies and sub-components. Also, the results showed that the obtained model has sufficient and appropriate validity.
