انطباق راهبردهای مدیریت دانش با منابع انسانی در راستای سیاستهای کلی علم و فناوری

چکیده

مقاله حاضر به بررسی ارتباط بین راهبرد مدیریت دانش و راهبرد مدیریت منابع انسانی در شرایط مختلف فناورانه در راستای سیاستهای علم و فناوری می پردازد. این پژوهش به بررسی یک رابطه همبستگی به عنوان یک پژوهش توصیفی پرداخته است جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از 51 مدیرخبره در 17 شرکت و سازمان با فناوریهای پیشرفته و ساده بود. این تحقیق مدلی انطباقی از ارتباطات ممکن در شرکتها بسته به نوع فناوری ارائه نمود. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد شرکتهای بهره گیرنده از راهبرد کدگذاری در فناوریهای تکراری از نیروهای وظیفه مدار و با قابلیت کنترل بالا، آموزشهای القایی، ارزیابیهای کارایی محور و پرداختهای مادی، نتیجه گرا، محرمانه، استفاده می کنند و همچنین سازمانها و شرکتهای بهره گیرنده از راهبرد شخصی سازی در فناوریهای غیرتکراری از نیروهای خلاق و تیم گرا، آموزشهای کاوشی و اکتشافی، ارزیابیهای مبتنی بر اثربخشی و پرداختهای مبتنی بر عملکرد، مهارت گرا، شفاف استفاده می کنند.

چکیده [English]

The Main Purpose Of This Article was to present a model of aligning of Knowledge Management Strategies with‌ Human Resources strategies in Technological Conditions According to Science and Technology Policies.Main Problem Of Research Is One Of Important Reasons Deficit On Knowledge Management And Data Gathering And Mining And Monopolizing . The research, in terms of purpose Is A Fundamental Descriptive that Survey Knowledge Management Strategies As Independent Variable And Human Resources strategies As Dependent Variable .Hypothesis Are:
1- High Technologies companies Chooses Personalization Strategies.
2- Routine of Technologies companies Chooses Codification Strategies.
Data Is Collected From seventeen Companies, With Advanced and edge of technologies Technologies by Standard Questionnaire For technologies By Rhods and for KM Strategies Is Based On A Work By Hanssen & Nohria And Nonaka Then Modifying Standard Questionnaire Is 0.993. and analyzed by SPSS.According to the results of research, Conclusion Are Companies Which Use Codification Strategies In routine Technologies Perform More Successful and Companies Which Use Personalization Strategies In High of technology Perform More Successful .
