Today, given the constantly changing conditions in the world, the resilience of strategic agricultural product production in Iran seems essential to ensure the country's food security. Based on the research, many factors affect the resilience of strategic agricultural product production in Iran, some of which directly and others exogenously affect the resilience of product production. Therefore, the present study attempts to identify the factors affecting the resilience of strategic agricultural product production in Iran by reviewing previous studies and using statistical methods and estimation in the form of a panel data model and calculating the impact of each of them on production resilience. For this purpose, data on 9 strategic products (wheat, barley, oil, rice, red meat, chicken meat, milk, eggs, cotton) were used during the years 2002 - 2022 and the model was estimated in the form of two separate models for crop and livestock products. The results of the research model estimation show that the area under cultivation or the number of livestock units, the selling price of products, the amount of rainfall, the amount of allocated subsidies, and the amount of use of production inputs have the greatest effects on the resilience of crop and livestock production, and economic sanctions, research and development, and the Gini coefficient have had a lesser effect on the production of strategic agricultural products.
