The current research was carried out with the aim of explaining the sustainable productivity model of human resources based on administrative system transformation policies with a mixed approach in Maskan Bank. The type of research is developmental in terms of purpose and practical in terms of results, and the type of data is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The Statistical Population in the Qualitative Part of the Research Included 14 University Experts and Senior Managers and Certified Eexperts of Maskan Bank, who were Selected by a Judgmental and Purposeful Sampling Method, and in the Quantitative Part, According to Morgan'Stable, the Sample Size was Determined as 294 People and Using the Method Simple Random Sampling was Selected.The data Collection Tools in the Qualitative Part Include Semi-Structured Interviews and in the Quantitative part, the Researcher made a Questionnaire. To Analyze the Qualitative data, the Theme Analysis Method was Used, and in the Quantitative Part, the Structural Equation Modeling Method was Used to Validate the Model. Based on the Results Obtained. , the Sustainable Productivity Model of Human Resources in Maskan Bank Based on Administrative System Transformation Policies was Developed in the form of 8 Comprehensive Themes and 20 Organizing Themes Which were Derived from 62 Basic Themes.The Results of Quantitative Analysis also Confirm the Significance of the Relationship Between the Indicators, Components and Dimensions of the Rresearch Model, and these Relationships are Significant at the alpha level of 0.05.
