The aim of this study was to identify the main factors affecting the social identity of women in Iran and to present a structural and interpretive model to have a comprehensive and priority view of the issue. The research is applied. First, a systematic review of research on women's social identity to identify the factors affecting it. Then, by purposive sampling of female elites and using a questionnaire, the self-interaction matrix was obtained by interpretive structural modeling. Then, by examining the relationships between the factors affecting women's social identity, the factors were classified. In the final stage, using Mick Mac analysis, the type of variables was determined based on the penetration power and the degree of dependence. According to the findings of this study, the variables of communication network scope, socio-economic base, use of new communication and information technologies, social capital and cultural capital are key independent variables in women's social identity and body management variables tend to traditional traits ( Traditional women), sports participation, inclination towards modern influences (independent and modern woman), women's religiosity, level of rationality, globalization, social security, creating a connection between different identities and leisure are also related variables. The life satisfaction variable was obtained as a dependent variable that strongly affects the social identity of Iranian women under the influence of changes in other variables.
