عوامل مؤثر بر فرصت‌های شغلی با تأکید بر نیروی کار متخصص و کارآمد

چکیده

  پژوهش حاضر با توجه به اهمیت جایگاه اشتغال زنان در قانون اساسی کشور، سند چشم‌انداز بیست‌ساله، جایگاه زنان در منشور حقوق و مسئولیت‌های آنان و همچنین سیاست‌های اشتغال زنان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شده است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل اثرگذار در فرصت‌های شغلی زنان تحصیل‌کرده، با تأکید بر نیروی ‌کار متخصص و کارآمد در بین دانشجویان زن تحصیلات ‌تکمیلی دانشگاه آزاد مشهد بوده است. پارادایم پژوهش از نوع اثبات‌گرا و با رویکرد قیاسی است. روش تحقیق پیمایشی است و برای گردآوری داده‌های تحقیق از ابزار پرسش‌نامه استفاده شده است. این تحقیق در میان 313 دانشجوی زن در مقطع کارشناسی‌ارشد به‌روش نمونه‌گیری «طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم» اجرا شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد هرچه کلیشه‌های جنسیتی و نابرابری جنسیتی در جامعه بیشتر باشد، فرصت‌های شغلی در میان دانشجویان زن تحصیلات تکمیلی کمتر است و هرچه حمایت‌های خانواده‌، جامعه، دوستان و همکاران بیشتر باشد، فرصت‌های شغلی در میان دانشجویان زن تحصیلات تکمیلی بیشتر خواهد بود. همچنین براساس بررسی متغیرهای زمینه‌ای، رشتۀ ‌تحصیلی و وضعیت ‌تأهل بر فرصت‌های شغلی گروه مورد نظر تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد و متغیرهای سن و سطح درآمد سرپرست خانوار در گروه هدف بی‌اثر بوده‌ است.

چکیده [English]

The current paper focuses on the status of women’s employment in the constitution, 20-year perspective, legal position of women in law, their responsibilities, and the general policies for women’s employment in Islamic republic of Iran. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effective factors of job opportunities for educated women, focusing expert workforce and their efficiency among female students in higher education of Mashhad Islamic Azad University. The paradigm was confirmatory and comparative. The research method was survey, and to collect the data, a questionnaire was employed. This study selected grouped sampling from 313 female students in the master program. The findings indicated that as gender stereotypes and gender inequality increases in a society, the job opportunity of female students in higher education decreases. Also, the analysis of contextual variables showed that the major and the marital status had a significant positive relationship with job opportunities. Moreover, age and income was not effective very much.
