The present study is based on the importance of women's employment status in the constitution, the 20-year vision document, the status of women in the Charter of their rights and responsibilities, as well as women's employment policies in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the job opportunities of educated women, with emphasis on specialized and efficient workforce among female graduate students of Mashhad Azad University. The research paradigm is positivist and deductive. The survey research method has been selected and has been done using a questionnaire. Among 313 female undergraduate students, "proportional class" was performed by sampling method. Research findings show; The more gender stereotypes and gender inequality in society, the fewer job opportunities there are for female graduate students. And the more support family, community, friends and co-workers have, the more job opportunities there will be for female graduate students. Also, the study of contextual variables showed; The field of study and marital status have a positive and significant effect on the job opportunities of the target group and the variables of age and income level of the head of the household in the target group have been ineffective.
