Employment; It is an influential issue in every person's life. In particular; Employment of people with disabilities; It is an issue that in order to achieve equal opportunities in society, the achievement of positive consequences for the disabled due to employment and non-discrimination against this group, should always be considered by officials. The purpose of this study; A review of the policy-making process of the disabled in Iran. In this research, an attempt is made to discuss and evaluate Iran in a descriptive and analytical manner and through the library method, support mechanisms in the discussion of employment, with a systemic approach. The article is written in a systematic analysis approach and tries to examine what were the inputs, designs, implementations and policy outcomes in the field of employment of the disabled? The results of the research indicate that there is a weakness in the discussion of implementation and in order to improve the situation of the disabled in the country, there should be a strict monitoring mechanism and special attention to the discussion of implementation
