The purpose of this study is designing model for evaluating the productivity of khowledge worker in the Iranian automotive industry. This research was conducted by combined method (qualitative-quantitative) with exploratory approach and theme analysis method. Interviews with 16 experts were conducted by the snowball method. By encoding the text of the interviews in Maxqda software, 258 concepts, 27 sub-themes and 7 main themes were obtained and a conceptual model was designed. In the quantitative part, a conceptual model by field method and a questionnaire (researcher-made) completed by 221 automotive industry experts. Then, it was validated by confirmatory factor analysis and SWARA method by experts. In organizational factors, components of work environment, strategy, technology, organizational structure, knowledge management and organizational culture, in employment process, components of human resource planning, recruitment, selection and hiring, in development process, components of talent management, performance management, training and empowerment, in retaining process, components of mental health, health, safety and physical health, occupational factors, welfare facilities, treatment, insurance and retirement, and salary, in utilization process, components of effective leadership, working conditions and tools, labor relations and communication are given in the model.
