The population consisted of the managers in the production cooperatives who used the sampling program of G power with 0.1 alpha level and balance test of 0.85%, which resulted in 171 samples. The structural equation modeling was used to test out the assumptions of the research. The data was also fed into SPSS (version 24) and Smart: PLS (version 3).
