تحلیل کارآفرینی اجتماعی شرکت‌های تعاونی در راستای سیاست‌های کلی بخش اشتغال

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تحلیل کارآفرینی اجتماعی در شرکت‌های تعاونی در راستای سیاست‌های کلی بخش اشتغال است. تحقیق حاضر از دیدگاه پارادایم‌شناسی اثبات‌گرا، به‌لحاظ مخاطب‌شناختی کاربردی، از نظر روش پیمایشی، به‌لحاظ قلمروی زمانی در حوزۀ تحقیقات مقطعی و از نظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز میدانی است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها برای اندازه‌گیری متغیر قابلیت‌های فناوری اطلاعات، کارآفرینی اجتماعی و فرهنگ کار پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد است که شامل 21 سؤال برای سنجش کل متغیرهای تحقیق است. روایی محتوا به‌وسیلۀ ابزار  CVRو CVI پانل خبرگان تأیید شد. روایی سازه و پایایی مدل نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و پایای اشتراکی بررسی و تأیید شد. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق مدیران بخش تعاونی‌های تولیدی است که با استفاده از نرم‌افزار تعیین حجم نمونه G power در سطح آلفای 1/0 و توان آزمون 85/ 0 درصد، 171 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ نهایی تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور آزمون فرضیه‌ها از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS (نسخۀ 24) و Smart: PLS (نسخۀ 3) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد قابلیت فناوری اطلاعات بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی تأثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین فرهنگ کار بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی اثربخشی معناداری داشته است. نقش تعدیلگر فرهنگ کار نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is to investigate the social entrepreneurship of cooperatives in line with general policies of employment. It takes a confirmatory cross-sectional practical research design. It uses surveys and field study data collection. A standard questionnaire is employed to measure the information technology capabilities, cultural entrepreneurship, and work culture which consists of 21 questions. The validity was confirmed through CVR and CVI panels of experts. The reliability of the model was confirmed through Cronbach alpha, mixed, and shared reliabilities. The population consisted of the managers in the production cooperatives who used the sampling program of G power with 0.1 alpha level and balance test of 0.85%, which resulted in 171 samples. The structural equation modeling was used to test out the assumptions of the research. The data was also fed into SPSS (version 24) and Smart: PLS (version 3). The findings showed that the information technology capability has a positive significant effect on social entrepreneurship. Also, the work culture has a significant impact on social entrepreneurship. The moderating role of work culture was confirmed as well.
