چکیده [English]

The aim of current research is to investigate the relationship between the strategic management of knowledge and the strategic management of human resources in different technological environment considering the science and technology policies. The correlational study orients a practical approach. The population consists of 51 experienced managers in 17 companies or advanced/simple technologies. The study suggests a comparative model on the possible relationship among the companies based on the type of technology. The findings show that the companies benefiting from the coding strategy in common technologies use dutiful or productive staff, explicit teaching, practical testing, and material outcome-oriented confidential payments. The organizations and interested companies used privatization strategies in common technologies in employing creative and cooperative staff, exploratory teachings, impact-based testing, and payments based on performance, skill, and clarity.
