طراحی مدل سازمان کارآفرین در نظام بانکی کشور جهت تحقق سیاست‌های کلی نظام اداری

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر در راستای تحقق سیاست‌های کلی نظام اداری به شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های کارآفرینی سازمانی در سیستم بانکداری نوین پرداخته است تا ضمن ارائه مدل مناسبی از کارآفرینی سازمانی در سیستم بانکداری نوین کاربرد این سیاست‌ها را در نظام اداری مسجل نماید. روش پژوهش کیفی- کمی بوده ازنظر هدف کاربردی – توسعه‌ای است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 23 نفر از خبرگان حوزه کارآفرینی و بانکداری است که با استفاده از مصاحبه و انجام فن دلفی، عوامل اثرگذار بر کارآفرینی سازمانی در بانکداری نوین را تعیین کردند. این عوامل بندهای 10 و 12 و 17 و 26 سیاست‌های کلی نظام اداری را مدنظر قرار داده است. در بخش کمی، 191 نفر از کارشناسان و خبرگان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سمپل پاور به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. عوامل مؤثر در 4 گروه اصلی (کارآفرینی، سازمان کارآفرین، بانکداری نوین و ارزش‌ها) طبقه‌بندی و مدل پژوهش تدوین گردید. سپس پرسشنامه با استفاده از عوامل شناسایی‌شده، طراحی و بین جامعه آماری توزیع و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل داده‌ها تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون فرضیات با استفاده از آزمون‌های پارامتریک همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، نشان می‌دهد که عوامل چهارگانه، رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری با کارآفرینی سازمانی دارند.

چکیده [English]

Considering the General Policies of the Administrative System, the present study has identified the dimensions and components of organizational entrepreneurship in the new banking system of Iran. The purpose is providing a suitable model according to the administrative system General Policy. This research which is practical and developmental, uses qualitative-quantitative research methods. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes 23 experts in the field of entrepreneurship and banking. In order to determine factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship in modern banking, interviews and Delphi technique are used. These factors are in the direction of 10, 12, 17 and 26 clauses of the administrative system General Policies. In the quantitative section, 191 experts are selected as a sample by using Sample Power Software. Factors are classified into 4 main groups (entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial organization, modern banking and values). Then the questionnaire was designed according to the identified factors, distributed among the statistical population and the data are analyzed using LISREL Software. The results using Pearson correlation parametric tests and structural equation modeling show that the four factors have positive and significant relationships with organizational entrepreneurship.
