Designing and validating the entrepreneurial curriculum model of secondary schools in line with the general entrepreneurship policies of the system

Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to design and validate the entrepreneurial curriculum model of secondary schools in line with the general entrepreneurship policies of the system. This research is descriptive in terms of data collection method and qualitative-quantitative in terms of execution method. In the qualitative part, using a meta-combination approach, by analyzing the theme, dimensions and components of the entrepreneurship curriculum by fifteen professors and entrepreneurship specialists, it was identified and selected in a purposeful way until reaching theoretical saturation, and the researcher used a qualitative method to design a model for the model. In the quantitative part, for the purpose of validation, the statistical population of the research was entrepreneurship teachers of public secondary schools in Shiraz city, which was evaluated as a sample of 97 people using Morgan's table and the unlimitedness of the statistical population. Amos 23 and SPSS 22 software were used for analysis. The findings of the research showed that the frameworks and policies for the design of the entrepreneurial curriculum model of secondary schools can be compiled based on relevant documents and documents in the form of nine elements. The results obtained from the exploratory factor analysis led to a nine-factor solution that explained 61.21% of the variance of the scale. The results of the research showed that the entrepreneurial curriculum model of secondary schools is valid based on the general policies of the system.
