In Iran today, the existence of religious and political ideas has led to different patterns of power relations, because in the process of the formation of the Islamic Revolution, a wide range of social forces with a wide variety of traditional, Islamic and modern beliefs have participated in a broad coalition, and thus some There was a conflict between religious thinking and modern rationality in the realm of government. Consequently, there were various patterns of power in society that emerged with Muslim scholars in constitution formation. In other words, the theory of modern state-led theory of power led to the seizure of power from the fundamental issues of "political philosophy" in particular. The constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been taken into consideration. A subject that has long occupied the minds of political thinkers and occupied a great deal of debate. Thus, the assumption is that power, if not controlled, will corrupt and corrupt the social system and undermine human rights; That is why in most modern countries, no matter who the power belongs to, there is a strong emphasis on the control of popular institutions over the government and the rulers. This research has attempted to address this important issue in the constitution. It is clearly defined in the Islamic Republic of Iran, and it provides the necessary solutions to the challenge Prevent the powerful in the political system.
