Presenting an effective model for the implementation of public policies with the aim of social responsibility in the road map for the reform of the administrative system in the central bank's supervision department

Abstract

The aim of the research is to present an effective model of implementing public policies with a social responsibility approach in line with the plan to reform the administrative system in the central bank's deputy supervision. This research was done in a mixed method. In the qualitative part, by referring to the upstream documents, examining the road map of the administrative system, the basic principles of the Basel Committee and the central bank bills, related literature was collected, then 23 experts in this field were interviewed in relation to the obtained concepts and by combining the obtained concepts with The theme analysis method was identified with the help of the focus group, and the Delphi method was used to reach agreement on the concepts. In the qualitative section, 126 primary codes, 27 basic themes, and 8 organizing themes were counted. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included the managers and experts of the central bank's deputy supervision department, whose number is estimated to be 240 people. According to Cohen's table, the sample size in the quantitative section is 157 people.
