Abstract

The purpose of this study is consistent with the requirements of state organizations resistance economy. governmental organizations in each of the scenarios macro image is then developed, the various government organizations, including regulatory organizations (government) economic, social and cultural characteristics, the analysis and the Prssh‌Hay research in each of the scenarios to be answered. The statistical population of this research are organizations experts. Questionnaire to collect data from two types of interactions and uncertainties, the Delphi method was used semi-structured Msahbh‌Y. Structural analysis of the indirect effects of each of the variables and factors were identified in the system and using Markov chain indirect effects of each of the factors and variables were calculated. The results of the study show that an increase or decrease "in support of the private sector and non-governmental" and "structures of government formation process organizations" to realize the economic strength of the uncertainty this organizationsIran 1404's.
