People's participation in public affairs offices is considered a part of social behavior and becomes one of the important pillars of political development as well as one of the main indicators of good governance. Meaning, understanding what is the problem of popular participation can be useful for making decisions in political fields and... The aim of the current research is to examine the future of participation in the administration of the country's affairs and provide ways to improve it in order to expand participation in the general policies of the fourth development plan. In this research, using the meta-study method, people's participation has been done to identify and along with the research of previous research. The research shows that in the field of people's participation in public administrations, there are more than forty problems of results that can be classified into four legal-political, cultural-social, economic and technical groups. It also became clear that in terms of many issues, cultural-social issues are the most important challenges on the way of people's participation, followed by political-legal issues
