Providing mechanisms for the establishment of a valid school in the education system based on the general policies of the system and the document of the fundamental transformation of education

Abstract

The present research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the model of establishing a competent school based on the general policies of the system and the document of the fundamental transformation of education. This research is descriptive in terms of data collection method and qualitative in terms of execution method. In this method, by using the theme analysis approach, the dimensions and components of the establishment of the Saleh school were identified and selected by 17 professors and educational management specialists in a targeted way until reaching theoretical saturation, and the researcher used a qualitative method to design a model for the establishment model. Saleh School is based on the general policies of the system and the document on the fundamental transformation of education. The measurement tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made content analysis list. Documentary data were analyzed qualitatively using descriptive indicators in the process of thematic analysis and coding method with an interpretive approach. Smart PLS3 and SPSS22 software were used to analyze the research findings. The findings of the research show that the frameworks and policies of the conceptualization and implementation of the Saleh school, in line with the general policies of the education system, can be based on related documents and documents in 13 macro-frameworks and policies and 167 sub-frameworks, policies and sub-components. Also, the results showed that the obtained model has sufficient and appropriate validity.
