Abstract

One of the signs of successful societies is the extent and degree of institutionalization of servant culture in those societies. On the other hand, today, organizations are the main pillar of today's society, and its two vital factors are: management and leadership, which are considered the most important factors in the life, growth and development or death of the organization. and the other is humans who are the main managers of every organization. The aim of the current research was to investigate the effect of servant leadership on self-efficacy and innovative behaviors of employees with regard to the mediating role of social responsibility among employees. This research is applied, survey and correlational in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the current research is all the employees of the Civil Aviation Organization, and the sample size was estimated to be 307 people by simple random sampling. The measurement tool included the servant leadership scale from Earhart (2004), the responsibility scale from Carroll (2010), the self-efficacy scale from Chen et al. (2001) and the innovative behavior scale from Kanter (1998) and was designed based on a five-point Likert scale and the coefficients Their Cronbach's alpha was equal to 0.927, 0.928, 0.856 and 0.911, respectively. For data analysis, SPSS25 software was used for descriptive statistics and structural equations with SmartPLS software were used to determine the relationship between variables.
