Today; the optimal use and management of organizational resources as the most important organizational capital is essential, and due to increasing environmental issues, organizations need to pay more attention to sustainable development-related measures such as the use of green human resource management practices. So; in line with the general policies of the administrative system, organizations must have a strategic and directional approach between human resource management and environmental management, in this regard; green human resource management is an important pillar in sustainable development and green management. The purpose of this research is also; to identify the core factors of green human resource management and its consequences in organizations. The research method was based on a systematic review of previous research and in-depth interviews with experts, including managers, deputies, and experts of departments of universities in Tehran and the Environmental Protection Organization, and human resources consultants who worked in the field of green affairs. Using the purposive method, sampling was performed and the number of samples in this study was 19. According to the findings of this study, the core factors and consequences of green human resource management were identified and prioritized.
