Also, the available information and statistics indicate that global inflation has reduced during the last few decades. At the same time, countries’ emergence in the global economy has speeded up. Thus, as inflation and its control are one of the economic problems in many countries, especially developing countries, the current article studies the positive and probably negative effects of economic globalization on the inflation rate in 22 developing Asian countries in the 1994-2014 period. By using the economic dimension of KOF index as the substitute variable for economic globalization as well as the random effects method for estimation, the results indicate a significant negative relationship between economic globalization and inflation in the studied countries. In other words, with one unit increase in globalization index, the inflation rate falls 0.39 unit. Therefore, it seems that countries’ struggle to join the economic globalization and waiving the trade restrictions and obstacles is effective in lowering the inflation rate.JEL Classification: C23, E31, F41}, keywords = {Economic Globalization,Inflation,KOF Index,panel data}, title_fa = {جهانی شدن اقتصاد و تأثیر آن بر تورم در کشورهای در حال توسعه آسیایی}, abstract_fa = {با فراگیر‌شدن پدیده جهانی‌شدن در ابعاد مختلف، به‌ویژه در بُعد اقتصادی، اقتصاددانان آثار آن را بر متغیرهای اقتصادی بررسی کرده‌اند. آمار و اطلاعات در‌دسترس نشان‌دهنده این است که طی چند دهه اخیر تورم جهانی کاهش یافته است. در حالی که ادغام کشورها در اقتصاد جهانی روندی فزاینده داشته است. بنابراین از آنجایی که تورم و راه‌های مقابله با آن یکی از مشکلات اقتصادی در بسیاری از کشورها، به‌ویژه کشورهای در حال توسعه است، مقاله حاضر اثر جهانی‌شدن اقتصاد بر تورم را در 22 کشور در حال توسعه آسیایی و در دوره زمانی 2014- 1994 مطالعه کرده است تا اثرات مثبت و شاید منفی این پدیده بر تورم مشخص شود. با استفاده از بُعد اقتصادی شاخص KOF به عنوان متغیر جانشین برای جهانی‌شدن اقتصادی و استفاده از روش اثرات تصادفی برای برآورد، نتایج نشان‌دهنده وجود رابطه معکوس و معنی‌دار بین جهانی‌شدن اقتصاد و تورم در کشورهای بررسی‌شده است. به طور دقیق‌تر یک واحد افزایش در درجه جهانی‌شدن اقتصاد، تورم را به میزان 39/0 واحد کاهش می‌دهد، بنابراین با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر به نظر می‌رسد تلاش کشورها برای پیوستن به موج جهانی‌شدن اقتصاد و کاهش موانع و محدودیت‌های تجاری می‌تواند در کاهش نرخ تورم مؤثر باشد.طبقه‌بندی : C23, E31, F41}, keywords_fa = {جهانی شدن اقتصاد,تورم,شاخصKOF,داده های پانل}, url = {https://www.jmsp.ir/article_66482.html}, eprint = {https://www.jmsp.ir/article_66482_732d9832f741a7f59b7f8e1ccd60d907.pdf} }
