Limer) and Hausman  tests are used. The results show that corruption not only reduces investment but also changes the composition of investment in countries that are the origion of investment flows. It presents two key findings. First, corruption results in relatively lower FDI from countries that have signed OECD Convention on International Business Transaction. Second, corruption results in relatively higher FDI from countries with high levels of corruption. This suggests that investors who have been exposed to bribery at home may not be deterred by corruption abroad, but instead seek countries where corruption is prevalent.  }, keywords = {Corruption,FDI,OECD Convention}, title_fa = {کنترل فساد و سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی: شواهدی از داده های پنل}, abstract_fa = {در این مقاله اثر فساد بر سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی بررسی می شود. با استفاده از داده های پنل، سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی 180 کشور به سمت 100 کشور میزبان، از سال 1985 تا سال 2014 برآورد می شود. برای انتخاب بین روشهای حداقل مربعات تلفیقی، اثرات ثابت (FE) و اثرات تصادفی (RE) از آزمونهای چاو (F لیمر) و آزمون هاسمن استفاده شده است که آزمون هاسمن مدل اثرات ثابت را در مقابل اثرات تصادفی تایید می کند. نتایج نشان می دهد که فساد نه تنها منجر به کاهش سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی می شود، بلکه باعث تغییر ترکیب سرمایه گذاری در کشورهایی که مبدا جریان سرمایه گذاری هستند نیز، می شود همچنین فساد باعث افزایش جریان سرمایه گذاری از طرف کشورهای با فساد بالا می شود بدین معنا که سرمایه گذارانی که در کشور خود با رشوه سروکار داشته اند، در کشورهای خارجی که فساد در آنها رواج دارد راحت تر سرمایه گذاری می کنند و به دنبال کشورهایی هستند که در آنها فساد شایع است.}, keywords_fa = {فساد,سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی,قراردادهای OECD}, url = {https://www.jmsp.ir/article_47933.html}, eprint = {https://www.jmsp.ir/article_47933_2d5648f00d06017f093aee72b300d1cd.pdf} }
