In this paper, the effect of foreign trade on energy consumption has been studied for 9 members of ECO during the period 1994-2011.  In order to estimate the specified model, panel cointegration techniques with the dynamic ordinary least squares (DOLS) approach is used. The estimation results suggest that the variables of foreign trade (exports and imports), income and population have positive and significant impact on energy consumption, while the impact of oil prices and advances in technology is negative. Also, to further clarify the details of the results, in addition to a general review of foreign trade (exports and imports), two separate models are estimated for exports and imports. The results indicate a significant and positive impact of exports and imports on energy consumption separately. Whereas, the impact of exports is more than imports. Therefore, government expenditures are disaggregated into different types: social affairs (education, health, social security, housing, rural community development and urban community development) and economic affairs (including roads, telecommunications, water, roads, and electricity). Marginal effects of public spending on poverty are calculated. The results reveal that public investments on health, education, social security, and economic infrastructure (including roads and telecommunications), still have positive and significant marginal impacts on poverty reduction and totally spending on social sectors is more likely to benefit the poor than are other types of expenditure.}, keywords = {Trade,energy consumption,Panel Cointegration,ECO}, title_fa = {یک مطالعه هم‌انباشتگی پانلی از تجارت خارجی و مصرف انرژی : شواهدی از کشورهای عضو سازمان اکو}, abstract_fa = {(صحت مطالب مقاله بر عهده نویسنده است و بیانگر دیدگاه مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام نیست)  اهمیت روز افزون منابع انرژی در رشد فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و نیز ضرورت بهره برداری از این منبع باارزش، شناسایی و مطالعه عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مصرف انرژی را برجسته می‌سازد. در این مقاله اثر تجارت خارجی بر مصرف انرژی 9 کشور از اعضای سازمان اکو طی سال‌های 1994 تا 2013 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. برای برآورد مدل‌های تصریح شده، از تکنیک هم‌انباشتگی پانلی به شیوه حداقل مربعات معمولی پویا (DOLS) استفاده شده است. نتایج برآورد حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای تجارت خارجی (مجموع صادرات و واردات)، درآمد و جمعیت دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌دار هستند، درحالیکه متغیرهای قیمت نفت و پیشرفت فناوری تأثیر منفی و معنی‌دار بر مصرف انرژی دارند. همچنین به منظور پی بردن بیشتر به جزئیات نتایج، علاوه بر بررسی تجارت خارجی بصورت کلی (مجموع صادرات و واردات)، دو مدل جداگانه بر اساس تفکیک به صادرات و واردات تصریح و برآورد شده‌اند؛ که نتایج حکایت از تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌دار صادرات و واردات به تفکیک بر مصرف انرژی دارد.که در این بین صادرات تاثیر بیشتری نسبت به واردات دارد. لذا لازم است با اتخاذ و اجرای سیاست‌های منطقی سازگار با نقش انرژی در بخش تجارت، در زمینه توسعه پایدار قدم برداشت و زمینه رشد و توسعه اقتصادی را فراهم نمود.}, keywords_fa = {تجارت,مصرف انرژی,تکنیک هم‌انباشتگی پانلی,اکو}, url = {https://www.jmsp.ir/article_10859.html}, eprint = {https://www.jmsp.ir/article_10859_d44fb3f0148218c44e204e81a3316d8d.pdf} }
