The qualitative research happened in two phases. First, it employed a principled review approach in order to extract the keywords such as student and university governance, student voices at university, student and decision making at university, and self-governance of the students in valid international data centers like Science Direct, Springer, Eric, Emerald, Sage, and Online Library Wiley from 1995 to 2020. After that, 39 articles were selected through PARISMA form. In the second phase, using the three-stage thematic analysis of Walcot (2008), the selected articles were investigated. The findings regarding the student institutions in the governance of higher education were 6 primary and 13 secondary peripheral themes. These themes included para-university governance (para-university policy making and para-university management), inner-university governance (inner-university policy making and inner-university management), discourse of students (the structure of student institutions, student agency, and student role), student development (developing human resources and developing social capital of students), supportive and legal systems (supportive and encouraging systems and legal systems), and soft capacities of university (cultural values and social values). Corruption is an issue that has plagued government organizations in the past and has formed the core of the minds ofAdministrative corruption has been a long standing issue for governmental organization which constitutes a major part of many thinkers in administrative, political, and social sciences. The expansion of corruption in the world has changed it to a para-national and global concern. When corruption expands in the governmental organizations, it might change to a wrong custom which is only combated through amending patterns and behavioral changes. This study employed a qualitative method and data-based theory to firstly conceptualize the customary corruption in governmental organizations of Iran, the corruption which has been a common and inevitable aspect of many organizations. It, then, identified the elements of customary corruption, and finally suggested the curbing strategies of customary corruption in the governmental organizations of Iran at different (governmental, structural, managerial, etc.) levels.

The aim of this research is to estimate the degree of agreement between the sustainable development education policies and the fundamental change in education in Iran. The research method is descriptive through content and document analysis as a practical research. The population of research consisted of two parts: the related texts of policies and principles of education for sustainable development, and the fundamental change document in education issued in 2011. The measurement tool is note-taking and the content-analysis notes. The documents were qualitatively analyzed through the descriptive indexes of Shannon entropy. The findings indicated that the frameworks and education policies of sustainable development could be categorized into 6 macro-policies and 34 micro-policies. Among the total 347 frequencies of sustainable development education policies in the fundamental change document, the most frequent one (48.4%) was attributed to the performances and strategies, and the least frequent one (1.4%) was associated with the institutional aspect and executive system. In addition, among the elements of sustainable development education policies, the highest significance (0.394) was related to strengthening and developing skills for improving the quality of life, while the lowest significance was attributed to the economic and environmental homogeneity (0.016) and comprehensive and general outlook (0.101).

This study investigates the main elements of evaluating economic justice in Iran. Analyzing the suggested indexes in the field of justice has been effective so far as elements, weaknesses and potentialities are concerned. Accordingly, first, the concept of justice was investigated, considering the structure of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the laws and conditions. The elements were analyzed in four sections of lack of discrimination, equality of achievements, possibility of achieving opportunities, and justice regarding the concept of self, disregarding the classical definition of equality. Reviewing the studies in Iran and world, four indexes were selected for Iran. They were investigated comparatively and the results were reported. Finally, some suggested elements for indexation were given so that they could be employed based on their compatibility with the concept of justice and Iran's economic condition in evaluating justice.

In this study, the policy making for combating drugs in Iran were analyzed considering the anti-narcotics general policies. The aim was to study the policies set by the related institutions and organizations to check the degree of compatibility of this process with the anti-narcotics general policies. The research method was comparative, and it was attempted to pursue the effect of the general policies of the anti-narcotics on drug policy making. Based on the systemic theory, the following research questions were raised: What are the factors of anti-narcotics policies failure? How were these policies designed and implements, and what were their results? The main hypothesis is that there are many factors playing a significant role in the society that provide a setting for some emerging social damages such as addiction. The findings indicated that the drug combating headquarter has not been able to achieve its goals. Accordingly, this headquarter as a responsible body should follow the policy of reducing demand, and encourage the general culture of the society towards a better understanding of drugs. Also, the policy making in the area of drug should address the infrastructures and the socio-cultural conditions of the society.
