ارزیابی ابعاد فرهنگ ملی و شاخصهای راهبردی بانک جهانی
با توجه به ساختارهای نظری متفاوت ابعاد فرهنگ ملی در سراسر جهان و اثبات تأثیرگذاری فرهنگ بر نظامهای قانونی و توسعه اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی جوامع، در این پژوهش، تأثیر ابعاد فرهنگ ملی بر شاخصهای راهبردی بانک جهانی بررسی و تحلیل میشوند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و با روش میدانی در دسته نیمهتجربی با رویکرد همبستگی قرار دارد. جامعه هدف این پژوهش بینالمللی همه کشورهای جهان هستند که با روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند، 74 کشور بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش، از شش شاخص فرهنگ ملی پژوهش پراستناد هافستد و همکاران (2010) بهعنوان متغیرهای توضیحی استفاده شده است. مجموع شش شاخص راهبردی بانک جهانی نیز بهعنوان متغیر وابسته از پژوهش پراستناد کوفمن و همکاران (2010) در بانک جهانی برگرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش، حاکی از تأثیر منفی شاخص فاصله قدرت بر جمع شاخصهای راهبردی بانک جهانی و تأثیر مثبت شاخصهای فردگرایی، افق دید بلندمدت و افراطگرایی بر این شاخص است. طبقهبندی : G30, G38, O17, O19, Z19

برآورد نوسانات کشش درآمدی مخارج سلامت در ایران
برآورد کشش درآمدی مخارج سلامت در تعیین سیاستهای اتخاذی در حوزه سلامت، اهمیت خاصی دارد. مطالعات گذشته در این زمینه با فرض اطمینان مدل انجام شده است؛ در حالیکه بیتوجهی به مسئله نااطمینانی مدل، میتواند منجر به تورش و کارایینداشتن در برآورد پارامترها شود که نتیجه آن پیشبینیهای نامناسب و استنتاج آماری نادرست است؛ بنابراین، هدف اصلی این مطالعه برآورد کشش درآمدی مخارج سلامت در ایران تحت نااطمینانی مدل، طی دوره زمانی 1392-1358 است. به این منظور از رهیافت بیزی، به دلیل ویژگیهای مناسب برای درنظرگرفتن فرض عدم اطمینان مدل، استفاده شده است. برآورد 40 هزار رگرسیون و میانگینگیری بیزی از ضرایبِ 24 متغیرِ مؤثر بر سرانه هزینههای بخش سلامت، نشان میدهد درآمد سرانه، مهمترین تعیینکننده این هزینههاست. کشش درآمدی مخارج سلامت حدود 7/0 برآورد شده که نشان میدهد سلامت در ایران کالایی ضروری است. بر این اساس پیشنهاد میشود خدمات سلامت از طریق بودجههای عمومی و دولتی، تأمین مالی شود و دخالت دولت در خدمات سلامت و ارائه آن، لازم است. بر اساس سایر نتایج، اثر متغیرهای نرخ شهرنشینی، سرانه هزینههای بهداشت عمومی، بار تکفل، سرانه پزشک و نرخ بیکاری بر سرانه هزینههای بخش سلامت، در بلندمدت حتمی و قوی است.طبقهبندی : C11, I1, J2

تأثیر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر ساختار سرمایه در بازار سرمایه ایران
در این پژوهش نرخ تورم، حجم نقدینگی، نرخ سود بانکی و نرخ ارز (جایگزینی برای دلار) بهمنزله متغیرهای اقتصادی توصیف شده و تأثیر آنها بر ساختار سرمایه که همان نسبت بدهی در شرکتهاست، بررسی شده است. روش و ماهیت تحقیق حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود. برای تحلیل دادههای تحقیق و برآورد مدلها، از رویکرد دادههای ترکیبی استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که سه متغیر نرخ تورم، نرخ ارز و حجم نقدینگی بر ساختار سرمایه تأثیر معناداری دارند، ولی نرخ بهره بر ساختار سرمایه تأثیر معناداری ندارد. تغییر در نرخ بهره، تغییری در نسبت بدهی ایجاد نمیکند. از سه متغیر تأثیرگذار بر ساختار سرمایه، دو متغیر نرخ تورم و حجم نقدینگی، بر ساختار سرمایه تأثیر منفی دارد. ازاینرو، توصیه میشود مدیران مالی در تصمیمهای مالی و ترکیب منابع مالی وجوه نقد مورد نیاز، اثر تغییرات نرخ تــورم بر ساختار سرمایه، اثرات مثبت نرخ ارز و روند تغییرات ایجادشده در این متغیرها را بررسی کنند.طبقهبندی E2, E22, E44:JEL

رابطه بین تکانههای تجاری و پسانداز خصوصی در ایران
بررسی عوامل اثرگذار بر پسانداز از موضوعاتی است که همواره در مطالعات اخیر برای کشورهای توسعهیافته و در حال توسعه به آن توجه شده است. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی رابطه بین شوکهای تجاری و پسانداز خصوصی سرانه در کشور ایران در فاصله سالهای 1341 تا 1393 است. بدین منظور با استفاده از دو روش ﮔﺸﺘﺎورﻫﺎی ﺗﻌﻤﯿﻢﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و حداقل مربعات معمولی مدلهای مربوطه برآورد شده است. به منظور واردکردن شوکهای تجاری در مدل، از فیلتر هودریک پرسکات استفاده شده است. با استفاده از این فیلتر شوکهای تجاری (رابطه مبادله) به شوکهای دائمی و زودگذر تفکیک شده و اثرات آنها بر پسانداز سرانه بخش خصوصی تحلیل شده است. نتایج حاصل از تخمین مدلها نشان میدهد پسانداز دوره قبل و شوکهای تجاری بر پسانداز اثر معناداری دارند؛ به طوری که 78 درصد تغییرات پسانداز با این متغیرها قابل توضیح است. نتایج تخمین حاکی از این است که شوکهای تجاری اثر مثبت و نوسانات شرایط مبادله اثر منفی بر پسانداز دارند؛ به طوری که جزء زودگذر شرایط مبادله اثر بیشتری بر پسانداز دارد تا جزء دائمی. طبقهبندی : D10, E01, E20

برآورد شاخصهای آسیبپذیری و تابآوری در اقتصاد ایران
هدف اساسی این مقاله، ارائه روشی برای تحلیل و اندازهگیری شاخص آسیبپذیری و تابآوری در اقتصاد ایران است. تابآوری اقتصادی، توانایی پرورشیافته اقتصاد برای بهبود یا تعدیل اثر شوکهای منفی در برابر چیزی است که ممکن است در اقتصاد نمایان شود. مقاله حاضر، چهار جنبه ثبات اقتصاد کلان شامل کارایی بازار اقتصاد خرد، حکومت و توسعه اجتماعی و شاخص تابآوری و آسیبپذیری اقتصادی ایران را در دوره 1395-1375 بررسی میکند. شاخصهای برآوردشده در این پژوهش براساس متغیرهای منتخب الگوی برجیلیو و همکاران است. نتایج این بررسی نشان میدهد طی سالهای 1375 تا 1383 و نیز 1385 تا 1393 و 1395 خالص تابآوری منفی بوده، اما در سالهای 1384 و 1394، این شاخص مثبت است. مهمترین دلیل مثبت بودن این شاخص در این سال، حکمرانی خوب و توسعه انسانی بوده است. همچنین، در سالهای 1385 تا 1393 خالص تابآوری منفی شده و طی چند سال اخیر هر دو شاخص آسیبپذیری و تابآوری افزایش یافتهاند، اما شاخص آسیبپذیری بیشتر از شاخص تابآوری بوده که نشاندهنده افزایش درجه آسیبپذیری در اقتصاد ایران است.طبقهبندی : CO1،C23

رابطه افزایش سرمایهگذاری بخش دولتی و خصوصی با رشد اقتصادی در ایران
میزان و نحوه دخالت دولتها در اقتصاد، از جمله موضوعات مهم اقتصادی هر کشوری به شمار میرود و در هر زمان با توجه به شرایط خاص جوامع، دولتها به انحای مختلف در اقتصاد دخالت میکنند. بنا به اهمیت موضوع، این مقاله به بررسی ارتباط میان افزایش هزینههای عمرانی دولت، سرمایهگذاری بخش خصوصی و رشد اقتصادی طی دوره 1392-1368 میپردازد. برای بررسی روابط بلندمدت و کوتاهمدت متغیرهای مدل از روش خودتوضیحی برداری با وقفههای گسترده و رابطه علیت گرنجری استاندارد استفاده شده است. بر اساس رابطه علیت گرنجری در بلندمدت و کوتاهمدت، یک رابطه علیت یکطرفه از رشد اقتصادی به سرمایهگذاری بخش دولتی و یک رابطه علیت یکطرفه از هزینههای مصرفی دولت به سرمایهگذاری بخش دولتی وجود دارد. همچنین یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد هم در بلندمدت و هم در کوتاهمدت یک رابطه علیتی گرنجری منفی دوطرفه میان هزینههای مصرفی بخش خصوصی و سرمایهگذاری بخش دولتی وجود دارد و بالاخره آنکه هیچ رابطه علیتیای میان سرمایهگذاری بخش دولتی و سرمایهگذاری بخش خصوصی وجود ندارد. طبقهبندی : H11-H50-E22-O43

تحلیلی بر روند پارادایم توسعهیافتگی و تأثیر آن بر همگرایی ملی در ایران
هدف توسعه، بهبود زندگی و توزیع عادلانه منابع است. توازننداشتن توسعه در میان مناطق موجب شکاف و تشدید نابرابری منطقهای و فضایی و مانعی در مسیر توسعه ملی محسوب میشود. با اعتقاد به اینکه توسعه متوازن میتواند همگرایی را در جامعه چندقومیتی تحکیم بخشد، این مقاله به تبیین رابطه توسعهیافتگی و همگرایی ملی در فضای جغرافیایی ایران بر اساس برنامههای توسعه اقتصادیاجتماعی کشور در چند سال اخیر میپردازد. این تحقیق توصیفیتحلیلی است و با استفاده روش تاپسیس خطی بررسی شده است که 14متغیر در ابعاد جغرافیایی، زیربنایی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی دارد. یافتهها نشان داد شکاف توسعه در ایران در چند دهه اخیر رو به افزایش بوده است. نتایج نشان داد ارتباط مستقیمی بین توسعهیافتگی با تفاوت فرهنگی در ایران وجود دارد. نگرشهای توسعه بیش از آنکه کاربردی توأم با برنامهریزی داشته باشند، متأثر از شرایط سیاسیامنیتی است؛ بنابراین آنچه همگرایی ملی را تحکیم میبخشد رویکرد سیستمی به توسعه است. استفاده از توانهای محیطی با اعتلای اقتصاد ملی و مشارکت اقوام میسر میشود. طبقهبندی : O11 , F15, D39

اثر بهبود فضای کسبوکار بر رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای در حال توسعه
وضعیت فضای کسبوکار از جمله موضوعات تأثیرگذار بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشورهاست. این موضوع از عوامل مهمی تاثیر میپذیرد و بر زمینههای گوناگونی اثر میگذارد. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، مراجع نظارتی کشورها و سازمانهای بینالمللی همواره این موضوع را بررسی و پایش کردهاند و راهکارهای عملیاتی موردنیاز را به منظور بهبود، به آنها آن ارائه میکنند. با توجه به اهمیت شاخص فضای کسبوکار، این تحقیق اثر شاخص فضای کسبوکار بر رشد اقتصادی 12 کشور منتخب از کشورهای منطقه منا را با استفاده از روش گشتاور تعمیمیافته در بازه زمانی 2005 تا 2013 تحلیل میکند. نتایج حاصل از برآورد مدل نشان میدهد متغیرهای فضای کسبوکار تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر رشد اقتصادی دارند و باعث افزایش رشد اقتصادی کشورها میشوند. فقط متغیر قوانین و مقررات تأثیر منفی و معنیداری بر رشد اقتصادی دارند و نشان میدهند وجود قوانین و مقررات دستوپاگیر باعث کاهش رشد اقتصادی کشورهای موردنظر میشود. طبقهبندی : F43, K29, M21
